Austenitic stainless steel: it contains more nickel (or mn), heating organization remains unchanged, we cannot make its reinforcement, quenching can slightly improve its processability. Austenitic stainless steel has excellent mechanical properties, good corrosion resistant ability, the outstanding is cold deformation ability, non-magnetic. Austenite ferritic stainless steel, with high hardness of intermetallic precipitation, the intensity is higher than austenitic stainless steel, the less cutting processability. Precipitation hardening stainless steel: can contain precipitation hardening of thallium, aluminum, molybdenum, titanium alloy elements, their aging precipitation during tempering, precipitation hardening, make steel has high strength and hardness. Because of the low carbon content to ensure the enough chromium content, thus has good corrosion resistance. |
